Sprinkle some Cajun and Garlic seasoning over roughly chopped Parkvale Gourmet Brown mushrooms - sauté them in a little olive oil until tender and juicy and serve by themselves or as part of any meal.

Gourmet Brown mushrooms have lots of flavour - but be sure to salt them to experience that great Parkvale taste sensation!

Lemon juice is a very good complement to mushrooms.

Don't forget to throw some Parkvale Gourmet Brown Flat mushrooms into the roasting pan with your  meat and other vegetables, bake until they are juicy and crisp around the edges.  Absolutely unbelievable flavour to enhance any baked meal!

Try whole La Buttons cooked in the microwave or in a dish in the oven with a little butter and seasoned with salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice. This is a wonderful addition to any main meal.  Especially good with fish, or tossed into a salad with crispy grilled bacon crumbled over the top.
It's amazing how many people still peel mushrooms.  There is so much texture and flavour in the skin.  Such a shame to throw that out!  Never peel - simply wipe with a damp cloth.
